enjoy. The places they&#8217;ve lived. The people they love. Their favourite foods, music and hobbies. The routines they are used to and the little things that make them feel comfortable.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span>We believe these things matter.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span>When someone comes to live with us, we take the time to learn about them as an individual. Their care and support should fit around who they are, rather than expecting them to fit into a set routine.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span>That might mean helping someone continue to enjoy their favourite hobby, sitting down for a cup of tea and a chat, listening to the music they love, spending time outdoors or simply having a quiet afternoon when that&#8217;s what they prefer.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span>It&#8217;s often the little things that make somewhere feel like
