I have been working in the adult care sector for over twenty years, starting as a care assistant at the age of 16, I joined Roberts Homes in 2019 and became the Registered Manager of this service in 2023.<\/p>

Over the years, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and training, including an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management. I promote a high standard of care within my service, and I am actively involved in supporting my team of staff in delivering the best possible care.<\/p>

I have completed numerous dementia training courses that have enabled me to have an understanding of the condition and how to achieve the best possible outcome for individuals diagnosed with all variations of dementia.<\/p>

This is a purpose-built care home that offers specialist dementia care. We have created a safe, happy home that has been tastefully decorated throughout to ensure we offer a warm, homely environment, but one that is also stimulating.<\/p>

I enjoy working for a company that is not only dedicated to the quality of care we provide but is also supportive of all employees.<\/p>

I have a strong team that supports me on a daily basis this provides me with the ability to be able to spend time with families who may have any questions or concerns when choosing a new home for their loved one.<\/p>

I have worked in the care sector for over thirty years. This is an industry that I am proud to be a part of. I have worked in several previous care homes, along with community care support.<\/p>

I started my employment with Roberts Homes in 2018, where I was employed as a senior care assistant. I was later promoted to deputy manager in 2021. Since beginning my new role, I have been able to gain more knowledge and understanding of regulations and compliance, which I find myself enjoying.<\/p>

I am a bubbly, loving character and love nothing more than spending time with our residents and their families, listening to the stories and tales they have to share.<\/p>

We ensure that the care we provide is always at the heart of our home, and I am proud to be part of a fantastic team.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>
