Staff are, without exception, kind, thoughtful, calm, patient and flexible in their approach, and the support they offer is truly person centred. They support people with very complex care needs with dignity, sensitivity and professionalism, and the genuine care that is shown, is role modelled by the experienced managers and senior carers, as well as carers, administrative and domestic staff. Our family feel very lucky to have come across Llangollen Fechan and will always be grateful for their help, guidance and care.”

“I am the stepson of a resident who has been at Llangollen Fechan since 2019. I myself live a distance away and liaise with staff weekly by telephone. Staff fill me in on her well-being. I visited briefly last summer and met staff at the home. I also met the deputy manager, she is the lady I speak to most. It was lovely to meet everyone. As soon as I walked into the home I was welcomed. I was taken to see my stepmother, she stays in her room (her choice). She was eating lunch and seemed very happy and bright. I would recommend this home to anyone. It is excellent.”
