I have been working in the adult care sector for over twenty years, starting as a care assistant at the age of 16, I joined Roberts Homes in 2019 and became the Registered Manager of this service in 2023.

Over the years, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and training, including an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management. I promote a high standard of care within my service, and I am actively involved in supporting my team of staff in delivering the best possible care.

I have completed numerous dementia training courses that have enabled me to have an understanding of the condition and how to achieve the best possible outcome for individuals diagnosed with all variations of dementia.

This is a purpose-built care home that offers specialist dementia care. We have created a safe, happy home that has been tastefully decorated throughout to ensure we offer a warm, homely environment, but one that is also stimulating.

I have a strong team that supports me on a daily basis this provides me with the ability to be able to spend time with families who may have any questions or concerns when choosing a new home for their loved one.
